Does Aureon perform the laboratory testing?

No. Manufacturing / factory laboratories perform the HPLC and LC-MS testing in-house and supply the certificates and data. Aureon manages and presents the documentation.

Why can’t I find my batch?

Check the complete batch code or filename. Only uploaded documents are searchable; partial codes are not matched. Contact your supplier if a document is missing.

Can I view an original laboratory certificate?

Matching records provide a PDF download. Refer to the original report for its issuing laboratory, methods and results. Aureon does not independently authenticate those results.
